Vow of the Spider Queen [Vile][]
You have taken an unspeakable vow to further the interests of the Spider Queen at all costs.
Tier: Paragon
Prerequisite: Unspeakable Vow, must worship Lolth
Benefit: You can use the Deadly Poison power as a daily power.

| Hit: 2d12 + Charisma modifier poison damage, and the target takes ongoing 10 poison damage (save ends). Increase damage to 3d12 at 15th level, 4d12 at 21st level and 5d12 at 25th level. | |
Special: Once per week, you must perform the ritual of the Spider Queen (see below). If you do not, your vow is broken. You learn the ritual of the spider queen when you take this feat, even if you are normally unable to learn and use rituals.
Ritual of the Spider Queen[]
Bowing before her idol, you devote yourself and your triumphs to the spider queen.

When you perform this ritual, you ensure that you can use your vow of the spider queen feat for seven more days. You must use this ritual again before it's duration ends in order to continue using your vow of the spider queen feat.
