I'd say wizard-level on this one... even at level 16, there are some level 2-3 spells that are incredibly effective at destroying an encounter in one go if you've got a decent DC. --Ghostwheel 00:17, March 12, 2010 (UTC)

- I suppose it would, wouldn't it. Of course, you wouldn't have any previous Arcane spellcasting level to give +1 level to, so it would usually be a bad idea. --Foxwarrior 04:23, March 12, 2010 (UTC)
