With this spell you create a clone of yourself. This clone is part of you, so its under your absolute control at all times.
This clone is partially real and formed from dust and/or sand. When formed, it is fully organic and real as normal living person, but do not require sleep, eat or breath, it can do so, though. It can be healed with appropriate spells, such as cure, regenerate or heal while active.
If reduced to 0 hit points or otherwise destroyed, as well as if clone's control was cut in some way, such as dominate effects, it reverts back to dust and/or sand.
It can have as much as half of your HD (and the appropriate hit points, feats, ability scores and skill ranks you had at that time). It cannot gain levels or become stronger than it was at the moment of creation.
Cannot cast spells higher than rank 8. All spell-like, supernatural and extraordinary abilities you had at that level can be used by simulacrum properly.
All of your clothes and acessories are copied on your clone, but in appearance only, no magical capabilities stays. It can wear and use any equipment appropriate for its level.
Caster can manipulate clone's physical appearance, race or gender at will. All changes are purely cosmetical, actual race or abilities do not change.
At the moment of creation established telepathical link.
Caster can sense, see, feel and know everything the clone senses, sees, feels and knows and vice versa if so wished. It can be remote controlled directly, move and make decisions autonomously as caster's most loyal underling, or be ordered to do some job, which it will do with full competence. Any knowledge, information or experience gained by this clone is shared with main body.
Material Component: The spell is cast over the pile of ash/sand/dust of the same volume as intended shape, or more. Additionally, the spell requires powdered ruby worth 100 gp per HD of the simulacrum to be created.
