Human come from a seemingly endless variety of cultures, there is of course humans without much cultural background, and those that are nomads and experience every culture. The culture of humans in d&d is simple, you can have humans with culture from our world, such as of italian, american, african, mexican, asain, and eastern cultures. Or have a human that grew with the creatures of the land, such as dwarfs or elves.
