Description::A vaguely canine form covered in yellow spikes blurs into view. The air around it crackles with static discharge.
When exposed to a thunder stone an Eevee becomes a Jolteon. The Eevee’s body becomes inundated with electrical power and its fur becomes spiked with static charge. Jolteons are hyperactive and as fast as the lightning which courses through their veins.
Combat[]
Jolteon react preemptively to perceived threats, hurling lightning from their bodies and calling lightning from the skies.
Spell-like Abilities (Sp): At will: shocking grasp. 3/day: orb of electricity[2]. 2/day: amplify[3], call lightning, expeditious retreat, glitterdust, haste, magic missile, shatter, skittish nerves[4], sound burst. 1/week: big sky[5]. Cast as a sorcerer of a caster level equal to its hit dice.
The sample Jolteon has a save DC of 16 + spell level for its spell-like abilities, and a caster level of 7.
Adaptive (Ex): A Jolteon is capable of supporting itself in any physical environment. It does not have to breathe, eat, or drink, and is immune to any poison. Jolteon are never exhausted, do not sleep, and are not severely impacted by high or low temperatures.
Always in Fashion (Ex): A Jolteon naturally attunes itself to any plane it is on, or any magical effect it is exposed to. A Jolteon constantly benefits from an attune form[6] effect. In addition, a Jolteon has spell resistance equal to 10 plus its hit dice.
Skills: Jolteon learn quickly, and gain a +2 racial bonus on any skill in which they have at least 4 ranks. In addition, Jolteon are largely made out of electricity, and can navigate by the planet’s magnetic field and gain a +4 bonus to Survival and Knowledge (nature) checks.

Description
Jolteon are usually found either near severe storms or on in and around The mountain of the rising storm.
They normally dont attack unless provoked or they are trying to get attention.
DO THIS: stay away from their their fur along their back they give off a strong charge of electrisity when scared.
if they are running around very fast run and follow them they usually dont run unless in great danger just imagine what could scare lightning foxes.
DONT DO THIS: dont hug a Jolteon they can zap you with electrisity hotter than lava if scared to much.
if a Jolteon starts to growl at you back away slowly dont run they are charging up a very powerful attack but running will let them know that you are scared.
