Geburah

Template:Deity

The rush of the hunt and the call of feral nature imbues the essence of Geburah, a huge wolf god whose body is dark light a thundercloud, and whose strikes are swift as the wind. Those who live to battle against odds and challenge themselves are the followers of Geburah. He is much more nature oriented than his fellow god of battle, Zeruel, and more focused on the hunt, using any means of combat rather than the more direct and brute approach of Zeruel. Living on the same plane as his comrade, they end up fighting quite a lot, but it rarely goes beyond competitive sport, which in the end both deities enjoy.

Geburah is a god of the Nibiru Pantheon.

Dogma

The strong survive, the weak perish, that is the way of nature. Enjoy the hunt, the battle for survival, for each day you live is another glorious victory. Hunt and grow strong in body, mind, and spirit, and you will live a long time before rejoining the natural cycle.

Clergy and Temples

Rangers and druids are favored of Geburah thanks to their strong link to nature, and their understanding of the difficult but fair, neutral aspect of survival. Barbarians also get on the hunting scene, and many pay respect to him and his kin, the various god-blooded animal spirits that prowl the deepest parts of the natural world. Due to his nature focused clergy, no large, or civilized seeming temples exist in his name, even though his worshipers are multifarious.
