(Conjuration needs more mass destruction spells, right?)

(creating millions of souls in order to kill them probably counts as Evil)

Conjuration (Creation) [Evil]
Level: Cleric 9, Sorcerer/Wizard 9
Components: V, S, X
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: 10 miles per caster level
Effect: Manifesters and Meldshapers within the area of effect
Duration: instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will partial
Spell Resistance: No

You wave your arms in the shape of a yin-yang, chanting beautiful words of creation, ending with a guttural burst of phlegm. A little speck flashes momentarily, and you feel a little uneasy. Your psionic pal, however, is screaming and writhing on the ground.

You call forth millions upon millions of souls to inhabit microscopic bodies, and immediately cut them short. This causes a great disturbance in the psionic and incarnum energy sources.

All characters with a Manifester or Meldshaper level of at least 1 within 10 miles per caster level must make a Will save. If they fail, they take 1d10 points of nonlethal damage per Manifester or Meldshaper level they possess and take 1d4 points of Charisma and Will damage. If they succeed, they only take 1d6 points of nonlethal damage per Manifester or Meldshaper level.

XP Cost: 100.
