Fearless Leader [Type::Archetype] Summary::You are a leader of men. Prerequisites: Prerequisite::Must be the leader or spokeperson for a group of allies, Prerequisite::Cha 15.Benefit: See below.Special: If you ever stop qualifying for this feat, you can trade it for another archetype feat you meet the prerequisites.

Archetype Feat Bonus are based on HD.

  • 1 HD: You and your allies within 30ft gain a +4 morale bonus to saves against fear effects. This is supressed for the duration of any fear effect against which you've failed your save.
  • 3 HD: You gain immunity to all fear effects. Once per day, when an ally fails a save against fear, they are permitted to save against that effect a second time. They must take the second roll regardless of it's result.
  • 8 HD: When reduced to 50% or less of your total HP, you gain a morale bonus on to hit and damage equal to your Charisma bonus. This does not apply if you begin combat with 50% or less of your total HP.
  • 15 HD: Once per day as a full round action, you may make a dramatic speech in the midst of battle, rallying your allies. All allies within 30ft that share a common language are healed for an amount equal to your character level times your charisma bonus (A 15th level fighter with a 16 Charisma would heal all allies in range for 45 HP). This ability can only be triggered durring an encounter.
