An electron gun shoots lightning via technological means.
The Electron Gun is one of several alien weapons developed by the gokiburi. Using some sort of non-magical means it fires electric discharges to a range of 60 ft. with a ranged touch attack, using an energy cell crafted in the depths of their colonies. Unlike most projectile weapons, the 60 ft. ranged is fixed and not effective beyond 60 ft.
As long as it holds ammo, it automatically reloads as a free action. Loading a new energy cell of 50 shots is a full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity. You must use two hands to fire the electron gun correctly.
