Weapons needed for double fighting need to be small (short sword, dagger, etc.), and take a +2 on your initial roll. Roll two d20s and -2 from each roll, then do damage. Each weapon deals separate damage, so add the damage after the attack is done.
No bonuses can be used with this type of attack.
