A character or monster is considered Medium when he, she or it stands 4 to 8 feet tall while weighing 60 to 500 lb. Such creatures take one 5 ft. square of place and have 5 ft. reach. Humans are Medium creatures.
A Medium creature does not have a size modifier to anything.
Those a bit smaller than Medium size are considered Small, those a bit bigger are called Large
