Disturbing Guise[Oni][]

Prerequisite: Oni, deceptive veil power, rogue
Benefit: Once per encounter when you make an attack and hit a creature that can see you and you don't have combat advantage against it, you can make a Bluff check opposed by the target's passive Insight. If the check succeeds, you can apply your sneak attack damage to the creature.
