Chain Power [Augment][]
Tier: Epic
Prerequisite: Psionic Augmentation class feature
Benefit: Once per encounter when you hit with a psionic power that targets only one creature, you can spend 2 power points to have the power affect a second target within range (make a separate attack roll for the secondary target).
