Bio-Energy Suffusion [Type::Xenotheric] Summary::You can use your bio-energy for casting spells or manifesting powers. Prerequisites: Prerequisite::Ability to cast spells or manifest powers.Benefit: Before the start of the day, you may convert up to half of your bio-energy pool (rounded down into individual charges) into spell slots of the highest spell level you can cast, or power points equal to your manifester level per converted charge. If you are a prepared spellcaster, you must do this before you prepare your spells.

Any bio-energy charges you convert into spell slots or power points cannot be used for 24 hours, effectively lessening your bio-energy pool by the amount of charges converted.
