Arachne’s Weave [Divinity]

Arachne weaves her webs to trap your foes.

Prerequisite: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship Arachne.

Benefit: You can invoke the power of your deity to use Arachne’s weave.

Channel Divinity:Arachne’s Weave	Feat Power
Arachne weaves her webs to trap your foes.
Usage::Encounter ✦ Arachane, Implement
Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 1 within 10 squares (3 at 11th level, 5 at 21st level)
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Wisdom or Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: The target is restrained (save ends).
Special: You must take the Arachne’s Weave feat to use this power.
