General Feats: General feats can be almost anything but are commonly related to skills or non-combat game mechanics, and as such are useful to nearly any creature. Before you list a feat here, please check whether a more precise category exists.

Arachnid Trainer (4e Feat) - Trained in arachana skill. Use arachana to handle creatures of the spiderkind origin with an intelligence score of 1 or 2.
Armor Proficiency (Spidersilk) (4e Feat) - Dex 15, training with hide armor. You are trained in spidersilk armor.
Armor Specialization (Leather) (4e Feat) - Dex 15, training with leather armor. You are skilled with leather armor.
Armor Specialization (Spidersilk) (4e Feat) - Dex 15, training with spidersilk. You are skilled with spidersilk armor.
Blend into Shadows (4e Feat) - Trained in Stealth. 1/encounter, when you make a ranged attack, you can make a stealth check to remain hidden.
Cautious Attack (4e Feat) - Wis 15. Take a -2 penalty to an attack roll to gain a +2 bonus to AC.
Caver (4e Feat) - Gain a +2 bonus to skill checks made in thev underdark.
Chosen Foe (4e Feat) - 1/encounter, you can deal extra damage against your chosen foe.
Clever Opportunist (4e Feat) - Combat Reflexes. You can switch places with a creature of your size or smaller when you hit with an opportunity attack.
Constant Guardian (4e Feat) - Take a -2 penalty to an attack roll to grant an ally a +2 bonus to AC.
Darting Charge (4e Feat) Dex 13. When you charge you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls and to bull rush attempts.
Dazzling Fire (4e Feat) - Drow Targets hit by your Darkfire power are dazed.
Deadly Blade (4e Feat) - Dex 18 You can strike your foes precicely in vital spot.
Deceptive Illumination (4e Feat) - Drow You are invisible to targets hit by your Darkfire power.
Despana School (4e Feat) - Ability to use one or more powers with the summoning keyword. Gain advantages when fighting alongside a monster you summoned.
Dutiful Guardian (4e Feat) - Constant guardian Switch places with the beneficiary of your constant guardian feat as an immediate interrupt.
Eilservs School (4e Feat) - Ability to use one or more powers with the summoning keyword. Gain advantages when attacking a foe with your staff.
Fade into Darkness (4e Feat) - Darkvision Switch places with the beneficiary of your constant guardian feat as an immediate interrupt.
Fascinating Illumination (4e Feat) - Drow You are invisible to targets hit by your Darkfire power.
Hatred (4e Feat) You absolutly hate a particular creature.
Inlindl School (4e Feat) - Shield proficency. Sacrifice your shield bonus to AC to gain a bonus to your attack rolls.
Master of Poisons (4e Feat) - You can apply a poison to a weapon as a minor action.
Poison Healer (4e Feat) - Con 13. Heal hit points equal to your constitution modifier when you make a save against a poison or a poison fails to hit you.
Poison Spell (4e Feat) - Arachnomancer, or ability to use one or more arcane powers. You can mystically transfer poison with your spells.
Sadistic Reward (4e Feat) - Drow Gain a +1 bonus to damage rolls when you deal damage to a living creature.
Shi'quos School (4e Feat) - Knock an opponent at a lower elevation than you prone by charging at them.
Spiderfriend (4e Feat) - Spiderkind origin, ability to speak spydric You can prevent spiderkind creatures from attacking you.
Spiderfriend Weaves (4e Feat) - Arachnomancer Your weaves do not affect your spiderkind allies.
Staggering Critical (4e Feat) - Ability to make a critical hit with a weapon group on the roll of 19-20. When you make a critical hit, the target of the attack is slowed.
Steal and Strike (4e Feat) - Two-Weapon Fighting, Weapon Focus (Rapier), Weapon Focus (Kukri). You can disarm a foe with your rapier and then make a followup attack with your kukril
Tormtor School (4e Feat) - Proficiency with Javelins, Weapon Focus (Spear). You are trained to use a javelin with greater skill.
Toxic Death (4e Feat) - 13 Cha +1 to damage with poison or necrotic power.
Tunnelfighter (4e Feat) - Tunnelrunner Reduce attack penalties for fighting in tight spaces.
Tunnelrunner (4e Feat) - Reduce speed penalties for moving through tight spaces.
Vae School (4e Feat) - Weapon Focus (Spiked Chain or Scourge). You are trained to trip foes with your spiked chain and scourge.
Xaniqos School (4e Feat) - Proficiency with Crossbow, Weapon Focus (Crossbow). You are trained to fight agressively with a crossbow.
War Leader (4e Feat) 13 Cha You are looked up to on the battlefield.
Nature's Wrath (4e Feat) Cha 13, Dex 13 Gain a +1 feat bonus to damage rolls with cold and sylvan powers.
Radiant Melody (4e Feat) Cha 13, Wis 13 Gain a +1 feat bonus to damage rolls with psychic and radiant powers.
Song of Avengement (4e Feat) Songweaver Grant a bonus to attack and damage rolls to allies when an ally is dying.
Autonomous (4e Feat) Any psionic class, trained in Arcana, Autohypnosis +2 to Arcana checks and fear saving throws, retain Autohypnosis benefits while bloodied
Body Fuel (4e Feat) Psionic Augmentation class feature Burn healing surges to recover power points
Closed Mind (4e Feat) +5 to saving throws against charm, +1 to Bluff and Diplomacy
